Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (Texas Residents Only)
In accordance with the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act you have the right to:
- To confirm whether or not a controller is processing your personal data and to access such personal data;
- To correct inaccuracies in your personal data, taking into account the nature of the personal data and the purposes of the processing of your personal data;

Information We Collect
We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or device (“personal information”). Use of Personal Information
We may use or disclose the personal information we collect for one or more of the following business purposes:- To provide you with information, products or services that you request from us.
- To provide you with email alerts, and/or SMS messages that may interest you—providing that you opted in to receive those messages while using our website(s).
- To improve our website and present its contents to you.
- As necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our clients, or others.
- To respond to law enforcement requests and as required by applicable law, court order, or governmental regulations.

While we are not aware of any activity on our website that would fall under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act ’s definition of “Targeted Advertising”—in an abundance of caution, we are still electing to offer our users the ability to limit any activity on our site that could potentially fall under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act’s definition of “Targeted Advertising”. Response Timing and Format
After receiving a verified request, we will deliver the information to you within 45 days.
You are entitled to receive information pursuant to our receipt of a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period without incurring any fees.
The verifiable consumer request must:- Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.
- Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.
Appeal Process
If your request is denied you have the right to appeal. We will respond to all appeals within 60 days of receipt and provide you with a written explanation of the reasons for our decisions.
